The main purpose of the job is to assist the Airline Business Controller in preparing reliable and comprehensive information and reports to the Management, reflecting the company performance towards its objectives and goals, and ensuring the compliance to Sox requirements.


  •  Assist the Head of Business Control in preparing monthly reporting by department/KPI (within your reporting area) against budget in order to provide each Manager with the financial information they’re responsible for
  •  Assist the Head of Business Control in producing financial group reporting

Capital Expenditure

  •  Assist the Head of Business Control in preparing investment appraisals (CapEx) in order to provide the F&A Director with appropriate justifications
  • Follow-up the amounts spent on each CapEx


  •  Supply the required support in the budget and forecasts process in order to prepare appropriate reports reflecting the company objectives and goals
  •  Support in the production of the information required for the Work Council
  •  Any other duties that aim to the achievement of the department objectives within individual competences (completion of surveys, preparation of information for auditors…)
  •  Be a backup of other Financial Analysts


  •  University degree in Business Administration or similar
  •  International logistics or aviation industry background
  •  Minimum 1 year experience in financial reporting
  •  Be familiar with ERP systems, notably SAP system
  •  Fluent in English & French. • Experience in process improvement and change management. • Being computer literate: experienced Excel user; open mind to IT systems. • Good knowledge of MS Office

  •  Full-time (38h/week) but flexibility is requested depending on operational needs
