Our company is growing fast and relies on a solid group structure to provide tailored logistics solutions to our clients.

To support this growth and strengthen our team, we are currently hiring a Back-office administrative assistant.

 

Your main responsibilities

 

You’ll be a key part of our group’s administrative operations. Your tasks will include:

  • Receiving and encoding purchase invoices: Handle supplier invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Issuing sales invoices: Prepare and send invoices to clients in coordination with operations
  • Reporting and cost analysis: Produce admin reports and help monitor internal costs (subscriptions, fixed charges, etc.) to improve financial visibility and follow-up
  • Statistics & dashboards: Support managers by preparing key figures and clear dashboards to help them steer their department’s performance
  • Cross-functional support: Provide versatile administrative help to operational, commercial, and admin departments — including other group entities when needed
  • Welcoming and registering visitors: Provide a professional and friendly reception for clients, partners, and guests

 

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in the logistics or airfreight sector is a plus
  • You’re well-organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • You know Excel like the back of your hand (formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup…)
  • You’re comfortable with standard IT tools (MS Office); experience with Sage/Bob is a plus
  • You’re fluent in French and able to communicate effectively in professional English
