The purpose of the job is to assist the Compliance Monitoring Manager in the compliance monitoring of all activities related to the Air Operator Certificate.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Assist the Compliance Monitoring Manager in maintaining and improving the company Compliance Monitoring System
Evaluate the ASL Airlines Belgium (ASLB) published documentation in order to check compliance with the applicable regulations
Perform compliance audits and inspections in the area of
o Flight Operations
o ATO training
o Likely also
IOSA
dangerous goods
load control
ramp handling
aircraft security
cargo handling
Identify and record any concerns or findings and the evidence necessary to substantiate such concerns or findings
Report directly to the Compliance Monitoring Manager
Verify the implementation of corrective actions within specific timescales in order to ensure compliance with the required standards
Participate in relevant company projects and provide the project team with advice and expertise in order to achieve high quality results
REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
Successfully completed an auditor course
Experience in the aviation industry within a technical, operational or quality environment
Be familiar with EASA and IATA regulations (as applicable) relevant to the company
Strong in both written and verbal English and one other European language is desirable
Diplomatic and analytical
Ability to work independently
Computer literate
To display a positive, open and cooperative behavior in order to facilitate a good relationship inside and outside the department, avoid and help to solve conflicts
