Job Description
Specialist in project management and project execution in remote working environment across different departments/ BU functions inter-nation
Area expertise. In depth knowledge of response area e-commercial market and Customs and trade compliance solutions, logistics solutions, innovate solutions according to latest market development
Partner /supplier contract management and supplier life-cycle management
Local Customs brokers management, including the brokers KPI, cost etc. Monitor local brokers performance meet the customs and local regulations requires etc
Local customs authorities relationship building and maintaining
Main contact windows of any Customs affairs, including the routine report and exceptions handling
Cooperating with HQ to improve the customs system
Developing local customs capabilities
Job requirements
Minimum of 5 years working experience related to the customs management, trade compliance or customs operations in Europe area, especially for importation
e-commerce experience preferred
Individual broker license preferred
Project management experience, IT related project experience preferred
Result oriented and be able to work under pressure
Excellence in data analytics, ability to independently conduct data analysis and produce data driven solutions
Familiar with local culture and have good relations with local customs, products safety or inspection Departments
Understand local import and export declaration, including personal goods (Express and post) declaration, B2B customs declaration, customs bond warehouse service, etc
