Junior Ops Officer (M,F,X)

Operations support : Assist with basic operational tasks under the guidance of experienced team members, ensuring adherence to internal processes.
Shipment coordination : Help monitor shipments, update data, and contribute to the smooth flow of operations.
Supplier communication : Build and maintain regular contact with handlers, carriers, and agents to achieve operational goals.
Administrative support : Use CRM tools and internal software to help manage data and documents accurately.

You are motivated and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in logistics and airfreight.
Prior experience in logistics or airfreight is a plus but not a requirement; we value your potential and willingness to grow.
You are organized, proactive, and open to working in a fast-paced environment.
You are comfortable with basic IT tools (MS Office), and we’ll train you on our systems.
You speak fluent French and English, and any additional language is an asset.
You’re a team player who can handle challenges and adapt to unforeseen events.
