Sales Officer (M/F/X)

Responsibilities

Maintaining customer relationships

Daily quote through customized / “Out of the Box” approach
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Achieve sales Targets defined by the Sales Manager
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints together with Operations and Customer Service
departments to maximize customers’ satisfaction.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities,
and potential for new products and services.

Know your market

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and may be supplemented by tasks that are related to
your knowledge, capacities/abilities and linked to the work environment.

A previous experience in Sales is an asset

Autonomous but able to work within a team (Team spirit)
Fluent English AND Dutch or French
Computer confirmed skills (Office 365 packet, ERP, Protime,…)
Clean criminal records (good conduct certificate)
