Air Freight Specialist (M,F,X)

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate airfreight import and export shipments from A to Z. This includes: pre-carriage, booking with the airline, documents preparation (AWB, customs document), monitor shipment and provide status updates to customer, billing
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents, airlines, road carriers and handling agents
•  Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, security requirements and internal procedures

Essential requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in airfreight operations and customer service
•  Knowledge of customs procedures and airfreight regulations or willing to learn it
•  Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin and/or French, knowledge of other languages is regarded as an advantage
•  Strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
•  Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and other parties involved
• Attention to detail – precision in documentation and data entry to avoid errors or regulatory issues
•  Capable to handle multiple deadlines and coordinating shipments across various time zones
