Cainiao Gateway Operation Manager Liege (M/F/X)

Prepare the import and export operation for the flights into Liege/Madrid/Budapest/Paris airport
Monitor the GHAs’ operations of Cainiao flights in airport to meet the SLA
Keep the professional relationship with all the Cainiao partners
Along with other departments to improve service level

Familiar with GHA Operations and the handover process between airline to GHA and to cargo consignee (Import), or between shipper to GHA and to airline (export), able to go to airside to follow up cargo status with GHA and get abnormality resolved
Excellent English, French/Spanish/Hungarian skills required
Good interpersonal skills required
Good communication skills required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Generally prefer more than 5 years of experience
Chinese skills is a plus
People management skills
