Key Responsibilities

• RPrepare and submit customs documentation and declarations; monitor clearance
• Ensure customs/trade compliance and manage related risks
• Record clearance activities and maintain archives
• Track orders and coordinate internal/external logistics resources
• Manage exceptions: notify customers, log incidents, follow up and close
• Analyze incidents and drive process/system improvements
• Support customer self-pickup truck operations and handle service emails/tickets
