Operations Officer (M,F,X)

Your Responsibilities

• Orchestrate air freight shipments and logistics services to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Maintain impeccable quality control and conduct thorough operational assessments.
• Work closely with suppliers, handlers, carriers, and agents to streamline and optimize operational flows.
• Actively participate in developing strategies that continuously improve our services.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Proven experience in air freight logistics, ideally within an operational setting.
• Excellent relational skills, able to manage stress and maintain performance under high pressure.
• Commercial acumen appreciated; exceptional organizational skills and comfortable with CRM software in an Outlook environment.
• A dedicated team player, ready to embody our values of client satisfaction, ambition, excellence, and expertise.
