Sales Representative in Logistics (M,F,X)

Company Description:
TLS EXPRESS is a dynamic company specializied in transport and logistics, strategically located near Liège Airport.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Portfolio Development: Identify and prospect potential new clients.
  • Client Retention: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by offering solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Sales Negotiation: Develop competitive commercial proposals and lead negotiations through to contract finalization.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare and draft commercial offers and price quotations for clients based on their needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track performance indicators and achieve set sales targets.
  • Strategic Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt our commercial offerings accordingly.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (minimum Associate’s degree).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role, ideally in the logistics sector.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • EN/FR/NL. CN is an asset
    • Proficiency in sales techniques and prospecting.
    • Strong understanding of logistics solutions and supply chain management.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Personal Qualities:
      • Dynamic and proactive.
      • Customer-oriented with a strong service ethic.
      • Detail-oriented and organized.
      • Analytical and synthesizing mindset.

    Position Details:

    • Contract Type: Full-time, permanent.
    • Compensation: Attractive base salary complemented by sales commissions.
    • Benefits: Company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, health insurance.
    • Location: Liège Airport, with frequent travel expected.
