The Air Cargo Executive Leadership Program is a TIACA-recognised diploma designed to prepare current and future
leaders for the evolving air cargo industry. Through six executive tracks, participants develop strategic leadership
capabilities across business models, profitability, revenue management, business intelligence, sales and customer

Integrated Learning Package: SGHA Contracts & Negotiation Skills

These two courses are specifically designed to complement each other and can be attended as one integrated learning
package. Participants first build a solid understanding of SGHA contracts, Annex B pricing structures and Service Level
Agreements, before strengthening their ability to negotiate, communicate and achieve sustainable commercial
agreements. Together, the programmes provide both the contractual knowledge and the practical negotiation skills
required for successful collaboration between airlines and ground handling providers.
